Leeds Group PLC announces that it was notified yesterday, that following a purchase of 60,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 13 January 2011, Channel Hotels & Properties Limited now holds 885,000 ordinary shares representing 3.06% of the issued share capital in the Company.
