Leeds Group announces that it has today been informed that Sunningdale Investments Limited, having purchased an additional 36,084 ordinary shares in the Company, now owns 2,746,084 ordinary shares, representing 10.00% of the Company's total voting rights comprising 27,460,843 ordinary shares in issue.
