Transaction in Own Shares, TVR & Director's Shareholding
Leeds Group announces that on 4 November 2015 it purchased 25,000 of its own Ordinary Shares to be held in treasury. The shares were purchased at 35.5 pence each.
As a result of the above purchase, the total number of Ordinary Shares now held in treasury is 4,101,657 and the number of Ordinary Shares in issue (not including those held in treasury) is 27,498,343.
Also as a result of this purchase, the shares held by Mr Johan Claesson, a director of the Company, have moved from 28.91% to 29.01% of the Company's TVR.
For the purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital at the date of this notice comprises 31,600,000 ordinary shares of 12p each, with one voting right per share. There are 4,101,657 shares held in treasury, representing 12.90% of the total issued share capital.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 27,498,343, which is the number to be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
