                             Buy Back of Own Shares

Following approval by Shareholders at the Company's AGM, Leeds Group today (10
June 2005) purchased 250,000 of its own Ordinary Shares to be held in Treasury.
The shares were purchased at 13.5p each. The total number of Ordinary Shares now
held in Treasury is 250,000 and the number of remaining Ordinary Shares in issue
is 36,348,603.
