                             Buy Back of Own Shares

Leeds Group announces that on 4 July 2005 it purchased 150,000 of its own
Ordinary Shares to be held in treasury. The shares were purchased at 13.5p each.
The total number of Ordinary Shares now held in Treasury is 450,000 and the
number of remaining Ordinary Shares in issue is 36,148,603.
