Legal & General Group Plc announces the appointment of Laura Wade-Gery as Chair of the Group Remuneration Committee

The Board of Legal & General Group Plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Laura Wade-Gery has succeeded Lesley Knox as Chair of the Group Remuneration Committee with effect from 26 February 2024. Lesley will remain in her role as Senior Independent Director and as a member of the Group Remuneration Committee, Group Nominations and Corporate Governance Committee and Group Risk Committee.
Laura joined the Board on 3 January 2022 as a Non-Executive Director and has been a member of the Remuneration Committee since October 2022. Laura is also Chair of the Group Data and Technology Committee and is a member of the Group Nominations and Corporate Governance Committee and Group Risk Committee.
The Board also announces that Ric Lewis will stand down as a member of the Group Risk Committee with effect from 26 February 2024. Ric will remain a Non-Executive Director of the Board and a member of the Group Remuneration Committee and Group Nominations and Corporate Governance Committee.
