The Company has been informed that the following purchases of Ordinary shares of
2.5p each in the Company were made on Friday 18 August 2006 by Mr R. J.
Margetts, Chairman of the Company, and his wife.  The shares were purchased at a
price of 127.4p per share and are held in their PEP accounts:-


Mr R. J. Margetts         1,266 shares.
Mrs J. S. Margetts           851 shares


Following these transactions Mr Margetts' beneficial shareholding in the
Company, including those of connected persons, stands at 432,647 shares.
