We have today been advised by Sir Rob Margetts, Chairman of the Company, that in
accordance with the terms of the Plan, the following shares were purchased on
Monday 6 August 2007 by Sir Rob Margetts and his wife and will be held in their
PEP accounts:-



Sir R. J. Margetts         1,295 shares.@ 136.25p per share
Lady J. S. Margetts         856 shares @ 136.05p per share



Following these transactions Sir Rob Margetts' beneficial shareholding in the
Company, including those of connected persons, stands at 496,575 shares.
