On 10 June 2013 Legal & General Group Plc (the Company) received notification that share bonus plan combined awards consisting of CSOP options and restricted shares had vested on 24 May 2013 and options had been exercised under the terms of the CSOP, in respect of the Directors and PDMRs named below. Directors and PDMR's have until 24 June 2013 to exercise these options.
