Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated with them

On 11 April 2023, Legal & General Group Plc (the "Company") received notification that on 6 April 2023 the Directors and PDMRs named below had been awarded nil cost options over ordinary shares of 2.5p under the terms of the Performance Share Plan ("PSP") at an award price of £2.3812. The performance period in respect of the PSP awards will end on 31 December 2025. The performance conditions will then be tested and the vesting percentage confirmed after the announcement of Legal & General's 2025 annual results in March 2026.  Any options that vest will become exercisable on 6 April 2028 and must be exercised by the seventh anniversary of the date of grant.

On 11 April 2023, the Company also received notification that on 6 April 2023 the Directors and PDMRs named below were awarded either conditional shares or restricted shares at a price of £2.3663 per ordinary share under the terms of the Share Bonus Plan ("SBP"). All SBP awards vest on 06 April 2026.
