2.5p each in the Company made today by Mr R. J. Margetts, Chairman of the
Company, and his wife. The shares were purchased at a price of 112.92p per share
and are held in their PEP accounts:-



Mr R. J. Margetts        1,328 shares.

Mrs J. S. Margetts         893 shares



Following these transactions Mr Margetts' beneficial shareholding in the
Company, including those of his wife, stands at 359,528 shares.
