Legal & General Group Plc Dividend Reinvestment Plan ('the Plan')

accordance with the terms of the Plan, they acquired 328 shares in Group on 4
May 2004 at a price of 93.5p on behalf of Mrs. Palmer, wife of A. W. Palmer an
