Legal & General Group Plc announces that Julia Wilson is to step down from the Board in March 2021 after nine years' service

Legal & General Group Plc ("Legal & General") announces that Julia Wilson, Senior Independent Director, will be stepping down from the Legal & General Group Plc Board on 31 March 2021.
Julia joined the Group Board in 2011 and was appointed as Senior Independent Director in 2016. Philip Broadley, currently Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Group Audit Committee, will succeed Julia in the role of Senior Independent Director with effect from 31 March 2021.
Julia will be joining the Barclays PLC board as a non-executive director with effect from 1 April 2021.
