Publication of Final Terms
The Final Terms dated 29 April 2020 relating to the issue by Legal & General Group Plc on 1 May 2020 of £500,000,000 Fixed Rate Reset Subordinated Notes due 2050 (the "Notes") have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and are available for viewing.
The Notes will be issued under the £5,000,000,000 Euro Note Programme of Legal & General Group Plc and Legal & General Finance PLC.
Application has been made for the Notes to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 1 May 2020.
