Confirmation of Directorate Change

As reported in the Company's Half-Yearly report to 30 June 2020 released to the market on 28 September 2020, Franck Mathe, a Director of LSA, stepped down as a Director of the Company on 30 September 2020.

Michael Baines, Chairman of the Board, stated that Franck had been a strong supporter of the Company and the Board wished to thank to him for the valuable advice and guidance he had given.

The life settlement market enables individuals to sell their life insurance policies to investors at a higher cash value than they would otherwise receive from insurance companies (if they were cancelled or surrendered at the date of sale).
