LSA, a closed-ended investment company which manages portfolios of whole and fractional interests in life settlement policies issued by life insurance companies operating predominantly in the United States, is pleased to announce that, at the class meeting for B Ordinary Shares held earlier today, the resolution proposed in the notice for Class B Ordinary Shareholders was duly passed on a poll.

Voting at the class meeting for the B Ordinary Shareholders was as follows:
