Employee SAYE and PDMR shareholding

Likewise Group plc (AIM:LIKE), the fast growing UK floor coverings distributor, announces that in line with the proposal set out in its admission document dated 29 July 2021, that options were granted on 25 August 2021 over a total of 4,145,945 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the share capital of the Company under its employee Save As You Earn ('SAYE') share option scheme in accordance with HMRC rules. The 2021 SAYE options have an exercise price, calculated in accordance with the rules of the SAYE scheme, of 21 pence and vest on 1 October 2024.

Details of the grants to the Company's PDMRs who elected to participate in the 2021 SAYE scheme are shown below:
