The Lindsell Train Investment Trust plc ('Company') announces that Mr Dominic Caldecott, a non-executive Director of the Company, retired from the Board on 1 June 2016.

Mr Cazalet, Chairman of the Company, expresses his thanks to Mr Caldecott for his dedicated service to the Board.

The Company confirms that there are no other matters requiring to be disclosed under UKLA Listing Rule 9.6.11.
