Asset Value per share of the below investment trust company, which is managed by
Lindsell Train Limited, is:-

The Lindsell Train Investment Trust plc - £133.5087 per ordinary share

NB. Revenue to date is included in the figure shown.

The Directors have proposed the payment of a final dividend of 175p (2005: 155p)
per Ordinary Share payable on 26 July 2006 to shareholders registered on 7 July
2006, (ex-dividend 5 July 2006).
