THE LINDSELL TRAIN INVESTMENT TRUST PLC ('the Company')

The Lindsell Train Investment Trust plc announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, the 29 July 2009, all Resolutions as set out in the Notice of Meeting in the Report & Accounts dated 8 June 2008, were duly passed.  

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.2, two copies of the Special Resolution which was passed by the members will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility at;
