Sale of Shares in Lindsell Train Limited

The Board announces that it has on 28^th February 2017 sold 1 of its shares in Lindsell Train Limited ("LTL") for cash to Mr James Bullock, an executive employee of LTL. The share was sold at LTL's prevailing price, last calculated at 31^st January 2017, of GBP 65,201.00 each.

Michael Lindsell and Nick Train have also sold one share each to Mr Bullock at GBP 65,201.00 per share.

These transactions are part of a strategy of incentivising the executives of LTL to help the future success of the business.

Biography - Mr James Bullock, Portfolio Manager

James is Portfolio Manager for global equity accounts having joined Lindsell Train in October 2010. He has a Master's degree in Physics from the University of Oxford and a doctorate in Biomechanics from the University of Cambridge. He passed the Investment Management Certificate in 2012 and was promoted to Portfolio Manager in April 2015.
