Annual Report and Financial Statements 2010

Liontrust Asset Management plc has today posted its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2010 to shareholders. Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.1R, two copies of the Annual Report and Financial Statements have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at Document Disclosure Team, UK Listing Authority, The Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS (Tel. [phone]). Documents will normally be available for inspection within six normal business hours of this notice being given.

The Annual Report and Financial Statements 2010 can also be viewed on the Company's website, www.liontrust.co.uk, from 2 July 2010.
