Director changes

Liontrust Asset Management PLC (the "Company") announces that Graham Hooper, non-executive director, is to join the board of MAM Funds PLC ("MAM Funds"), subject to completion of the proposals announced by MAM Funds earlier today (the "Proposals"). On completion of the Proposals, and on joining the MAM Funds board, it is expected that Mr Hooper will resign from the board of the Company.

It was also announced that Adrian Collins, executive chairman of the Company, and non-executive director of MAM Funds intends to resign from the board of MAM Funds on completion of the Proposals.

Liontrust will make further announcements in due course regarding the matters above and a replacement non-executive director as appropriate.
