Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs")

Liontrust announces that on 11 July 2023 it was notified that John Ions, Chief Executive, and Vinay Abrol, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, exercised options over the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares") and then sold such number of Shares as required for the payment of income tax and National Insurance. John Ions and Vinay Abrol are both PDMRs.

Formal notifications in respect of the PDMRs are set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
