2003 of dealing in the Company's ordinary shares as follows:

William Carey, Nigel Legge and Andrew Yates, directors of the Company, are
participants in the Company's Employee Share Ownership Plan (the 'ESOP') and on
18 September 2003 were allocated 79 ordinary shares each at a price of 475p per
share.

Nigel Legge's total interest following this notification is 1,379,878 ordinary
shares or 3.95% of the total issued share capital of the Company.  William
Carey's total interest following this notification is 1,556,992 ordinary shares
or 4.46% of the total issued share capital of the Company.  Andrew Yates' total
interest following this notification is 482,454 ordinary shares or 1.38% of the
total issued share capital of the Company.
