2003 of dealing in the Company's ordinary shares as follows:

William Carey, Nigel Legge and Andrew Yates, directors of the Company, are
participants in the Company's Employee Share Ownership Plan (the 'ESOP') and on
19 November 2003 were each allocated 85 ordinary shares each at a price of 439p
per share.

William Carey's total interest following this notification is 1,007,158 ordinary
shares or 2.88% of the total issued share capital of the Company.  Nigel Legge's
total interest following this notification is 880,044 ordinary shares or 2.52%
of the total issued share capital of the Company.  Andrew Yates' total interest
following this notification is 482,620 ordinary shares or 1.38% of the total
issued share capital of the Company.
