Liontrust Asset Management PLC (the "Company") was notified on 13 May 2010 that on that day Ora (Guernsey) Limited acquired an interest in an aggregate of 3,064,794 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 9.1% of the Company's issued share capital, held as set out below:

·   1,398,000 shares, representing 4.15% of the Company's issued share capital, held indirectly through a financial instrument held by Cantor Fitzgerald; and

·   1,666,794 shares, representing 4.95% of the Company's issued share capital, held directly by Ora (Guernsey) Limited.
