Pre-Close Trading Update
Liontrust has continued to trade strongly throughout the second half of the year
ending 31 March 2002. As at 21 March 2002, total funds under management stood at
£1.750 billion. Accounts won and still in transition amounted to a further £234
million at that date. These figures compare to funds under management of £1.287
billion on 30 September 2001 and £290 million of funds in transition at that
date.
The preliminary announcement of Liontrust's results for the year ending 31 March
2002 will be released towards the end of May 2002.
