Director/PDMR Shareholding
Litigation Capital Management Limited (AIM:LIT), is a leading international provider of litigation financing solutions.
LCM announces that an entity associated with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Patrick Moloney, purchased on 19 March 2020, 152,858 ordinary shares in the Company at price of 47 pence per share. Following the purchase, Mr Moloney, or entities associated with him, has an interest in 8,682,429 ordinary shares, representing 7.55 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
In addition to the above, a superannuation (pension) fund in which Stephen Conrad, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, is a beneficiary purchased on 19th March 2020, 60,000 ordinary shares in the Company at price of 46 pence per share. Following the purchase Mr Conrad has an interest in 437,778 ordinary shares, representing 0.38 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
