Transaction in Own Shares
The Company announces that it has made the following purchases of ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from Canaccord Genuity Limited on the London Stock Exchange pursuant to the Share Buyback Programme announced on 5 October 2023.

The Company will hold the repurchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue and admitted to trading on AIM will be 119,121,232 (excluding treasury shares), and the Company will hold 79,100 ordinary shares in treasury.
This figure of 119,121,232 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
The Company will make further announcements in due course following the completion of any further purchases pursuant to the Share Buyback Programme.
