His appointment is with immediate effect. Mr Porter, 47, has previously held interim positions as Finance Director of BIS Limited, and Finance Director of Offshore Private Banking for Barclays Private Bank Limited. Prior to this his career included permanent appointments as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Director and Head of Finance and Operations International for DKB International PLC, Finance Director of Banque Safra of Luxembourg, Executive Director of LTCB International Ltd and Financial Controller at Samuel Montagu & Co (now HSBC Markets). He trained at KPMG in London from where he joined Price Waterhouse. Mr Porter will report directly to the Executive Chairman, David Ciclitira, and Chief Executive, Seamus O'Brien.
