                            Directors Shareholdings


The Company announces that the Park House Trust ('Park House'), a discretionary
trust in which Seamus O'Brien and Anthony Morgan, directors of WSG, have an
interest, transferred 19,607 ordinary shares to a third party for nominal
consideration of £1 on 11 November 2002. These shares were registered in the
name of Park House but were being held on behalf of the third party. This
transfer brings Park House's holding, and therefore Seamus O'Brien's and Anthony
Morgan's beneficial interest, to 15,700,651 ordinary shares of 20p, representing
27.42% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
