FORMULA E ANNOUNCEMENT FOR CAPE TOWN
LVCG is pleased to announce that following our previous announcement on 4th March 2022 where we announced the Cape Town track for the Formula E race (E-Prix) that will take place in February 2023 we can confirm that FIA will add Cape Town to the 2023 Formula E Calendar.
The E-prix will be the focal point of E-Fest, a week-long showcase of sustainability, e-mobility and renewable solutions. The route will start at Green Point's Vlei Road and wind its way through the Green Point and Waterfront districts.
Additionally the Company would like to announce that E- Movement Ltd of which E- Movement Holdings( 100% LVCG subsidiary) now ,post investment, owns 14.83% has attracted an investment of ZAR16.5M (£0.825 M) which will value that company at ZAR 63M (£3.15M). This in turn implies a ZAR 9.3M (£0.47M) (valuation for LVCG's stake - a close to 500% increase in investment.
