World Sport Group plc has been informed that Bizzbuild PLC has today acquired
1,620,000 ordinary shares in the Company, taking its total shareholding to
2,228,563 shares representing 3.89% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Ronald Littleboy, a non-executive director of World Sport Group plc is also
chairman of Bizzbuild PLC, in which he holds 14.64% of the issued ordinary share
capital.
