KPOP.FLEX: SIGNATURE OF MERCHANDISING AGREEMENT
Live Company Group plc (AIM: LVCG) is pleased to announce the signature of the merchandising agreement for KPOP.Flex with KPE (50% owned subsidiary of LVCG, the "Licensor") and Nylon Merchandising Limited (the"Licensee")
Highlights
· Sale of merchandising at the KPOP.Flex concert and fan fest taking place in Frankfurt on 14 and 15th May 2022
· Minimum guarantee due to the Licensor from the Licencee
· Use of KPOP.FLEX and FLEXEY names and associated logos to develop, manufacture, advertise and sell certain approved goods granted by LVCG to Nylon Merchandising Limited
· 75% of Net profit from the sale of all merchandise at the festival, online and off-site is payable to LVCG with 25% payable to the Licensee
· Intellectual property (IP) for the merchandise remains with LVCG
Nylon Merchandising Limited
Nylon have over twenty years of experience across worldwide touring, online, retail and licencing merchandise experience. Their artist list includes Blondie, Sting, Celine Dion, ACDC and Aerosmith.

The fourth division is StART Art Global, in which LVCG holds a 13.5% stake. StART Art Global is a combination of both physical art shows and a digital art platform.
