LVCG announces that the notice of a General Meeting ("GM") has today been posted to all shareholders. 

The GM is to be held at 11am on Monday 9^th January 2023 at the Eccleston Square Hotel, 37 Eccleston Square, Pimlico, London SW1V 1PB.
