KPOPLUX SBS SUPER CONCERT IN MADRID

UPDATE ON REPORT AND ACCOUNTS

LVCG PLC is please to provide further detail on the KPOPLUX SBS Super Concert in Madrid that was held on Saturday 22^nd July 2023.

Despite tickets only going on sale in April of this year the concert was the largest K-POP concert in Spain to date .

KPOP-Lux also brought together a team that consisted of some of the biggest names in events with SBS as producer of the show, K-POP LUX, executive producer, LA Rock Entertainment as promotor, Samsung as title sponsor and Veeps Ltd with streaming rights.

Revenue

LVCG (via K-POP LUX) as executive producer earns net revenue form a share of ticket sales, merchandising, sponsorship and streaming as well as an Executive Producer fee and Global Marketing fee. The Company is in the process of finalising net revenue figures noting that these are likely to increase considerably during the next four years - the tenure for Madrid.

Update on report and accounts

The Company also informs investors that further to the RNS of 21 June 2023 that while good  progress is being made with the 2022 annual accounts,  these accounts will not be published by 31 July as previously indicated. The Company will update investors in due course as appropriate.

·    StART Art Global (SAG) - SAG owns StART Art Fair in London which has been staged over the last 9 years at the Saatchi Gallery. SAG has licensed the rights to the StART brand in Korea. The licence includes the right to create and run StART Art Fair Seoul and various StART+ exhibitions.

·    Live Company Sports and Entertainment (LCSE) - LCSE owns LCSE Pty in South Africa which has a long-term relationship with Pick 'n' Pay and the Ocean Race.

LVCG is a founder shareholder in E-Movement - the promoter of the Formula E Race in Cape Town. As part of this relationship E-Movement has retained LCSE (through E-Movement holdings) as its implementation partner. E-Movement Holdings a 100% subsidiary of Live Company Group has the right to sell sponsorship for the Formula E race in Cape Town.
