Livermore Investments Group Limited ('Livermore' or 'the Company')
Livermore has been notified that, on 8 May 2007 and 9 May 2007 Noam Lanir, Chief
Executive Officer of the Company, acquired a total of 1,000,000 ordinary shares
in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at an average price of 41p per share.
Following this acquisition Noam Lanir is interested in 106,582,086 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 37.5 per cent. of the issued share capital of
the Company. Mr Lanir is interested in these shares by virtue of the fact that
he owns directly or indirectly all of the issued share capital of Groverton
Management Limited, which has made the acquisition of Ordinary Shares.
As provided for in the Company's articles of association, the independent
directors of the Company have consented to this acquisition and Groverton
Management Limited is not therefore required to make an offer to all
shareholders on matching terms.
