INTEREST IN SHARES

Livermore announces that on 14 July 2009 it was notified that Bristol Investment Group S.A. holds an interest in 25,929,426 shares in the Company, representing 8.88 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. 

Bristol Investment Group S.A. acquired the additional 3,000,000 shares on the 14 July 2009 at an average price of £0.17.
