Empire Online confirm commencement of legal proceedings
Further to the announcement made by Empire Online on 21 November 2005, the
directors of Empire Online confirm that that the Company has instituted legal
proceedings against PartyGaming PLC (''PartyGaming'') in the High Court of
Gibraltar.
The Company seeks substantial damages and injunctive relief from PartyGaming.
In addition, Empire Online and WPC Productions, Inc, a subsidiary of PartyGaming
are presently engaged in confidential arbitration proceedings.
Shareholders will be kept informed of proceedings as appropriate.
