New CFO Appointed

Empire Online Limited 02 September 2005 2 September 2005 Empire Online appoints new Chief Financial Officer Empire Online, a leading provider of marketing services to the online gaming industry, has today appointed Andrew Burns to take up the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Andrew, currently a non executive director of Empire Online will replace Yossi Pereg, CFO since 1999 who is stepping down for personal reasons. Yossi will resign from his position as CFO and COO and from the board of directors with immediate effect but remain as a consultant to the company and will conduct a thorough handover process.
