The following amendment has been made to the 'Share Purchase of Atlas Estates Limited' announcement released on 2nd February 2009 at 16:16 under RNS No 6584M.

The date in the first paragraph should read 30 January 2009 and not 28 February  2009 as previously stated.

All other details remain unchanged.

Replacement - Share Purchase of Atlas Estates Limited

Livermore announces that, in the week ended 30 January 2009, the Company purchased 344,549 additional ordinary shares of Atlas Estates Limited ('Atlas Estates'), representing 0.74% of the issued share capital of Atlas Estates, at a price of 55.20 pence per share. 

Following the above mentioned purchase, the Company confirms that it has an interest in 10,283,894 ordinary shares of Atlas Estates, representing 21.95% of the issued share capital of Atlas Estates.
