Livermore Investments Group Limited ('Livermore' or 'the Company')
Transaction in Own Shares
Livermore announces that, between the dates 28 to 29 January 2008 the Company
purchased 175,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.06% of the
issued share capital of the Company, at an average price of 33.9 pence per
share. The Company will hold these shares in treasury for the time being.
The Company also confirms that the total number of ordinary shares in the
Company with voting rights following such repurchase is 282,219,510 and there
are a total of 10,558,262 ordinary shares held in treasury. The above figure of
282,219,510 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
