               LIVERMORE INVESTMENTS GROUP LIMITED ('LIVERMORE')

                           USD 20 Million Investment

Livermore today announces that it has taken a minority stake by investing USD20
million into an exclusive private equity fund managed by SRS Private
Investments. The fund, in turn, will invest in relatively large private equity
transactions in the Indian Real Estate sector at attractive valuations.
Livermore expects an IRR of over 25% from this investment over the next 3-4
years.
