Issue of £100,000,000 5.074 per cent. Guaranteed Secured Sustainability Notes due 2034 and Sale of Retained Notes

On 1 August 2024, LiveWest Treasury plc (the Issuer) agreed the issue of its £100,000,000 5.074 per cent. Guaranteed Secured Sustainability Notes due 2034 (the Notes) pursuant to its £1,000,000,000 Guaranteed Secured Note Programme (the Programme) (including £75,000,000 in principal amount which are to be issued as Retained Notes), to take place on 8 August 2024. On 2 August 2024, the Issuer agreed the sale of £50,000,000 in principal amount of the Retained Notes, to be sold on 16 August 2024.  

Following settlement of the issue and initial Retained Note sale, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Notes in issue will be £75,000,000. The remaining £25,000,000 in principal amount of Retained Notes will be held by the issuer for sale at a future date.
