Notification of transaction by person discharging managerial responsibilities

On 20th November, 2008, Mrs Risley exercised an option over 23,666 ordinary shares of 25p each in Lloyds TSB Group plc, which she held under the Lloyds TSB Group executive share plan 2003. After the settlement of income tax and employee national insurance contributions, she acquired 13,937 shares. The shares were acquired for nil consideration 

This relates to a transaction notified to Lloyds TSB Group plc today by the director in accordance with paragraph 3.1.4 (1)(a) of the Financial Services Authority's disclosure and transparency rules. The transaction took place in the UK and the shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange.
