LLOYDS BANKING GROUP PLC ("GROUP") - NOTIFICATION OF A TRANSACTION BY A PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES IN ORDINARY SHARES OF THE GROUP OF 10 PENCE EACH ("SHARES")

On 11 March 2014, the Group was notified that on the same date Hargreaves Lansdown Nominees Limited purchased on behalf of Ms Sara Weller, a director of the Company, 50,000 Shares at 81.5984 pence per share.

This disclosure is made pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.  The transaction took place in the UK and the Shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange.
