LLOYDS BANKING GROUP PLC SENIOR NOTE ISSUE
Lloyds Banking Group plc announces that it has priced an issue of $750,000,000 7.75 per cent. Senior Notes due 2050 (the "Senior Notes") to be issued pursuant to a registration statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on 28 June 2010.
The principal terms of the Senior Notes are as follows:
