Ordinary shares

Subsidiaries of Lloyds Banking Group plc have agreed to subscribe for 10,000,000 new ordinary shares in the proposed Firm Placing. 

Should the Firm Placing proceed as proposed then Lloyds Banking Group plc and its subsidiaries would as a result of the Firm Placing be interested in 10,620,667 new ordinary shares representing 2.626% of 404,403,397 being the total new ordinary shares.
