               Appointment of Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker


The Board of LMS Capital plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the
Company has appointed Arbuthnot Securities Limited ("Arbuthnot Securities") as
its Nominated Adviser with effect from 1 September 2007.  In addition, along
with JPMorgan Cazenove Limited, Arbuthnot Securities has been appointed as joint
broker to the Company.


Notification of interim results


The Company will announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 June
2007 on Monday 17 September 2007.
